Hey everyone, tearing into the SS this spring/summer, going to do heads/cam/intake/full bolt ons and a 150 shot. Will the LS7 Clutch package hold this much power and torque? Or will I need to step up to something like a Spec stage 3 or 3+?

Well I have full bolt ons and a cam along with a 150 shot and my LS7 held up ok, but you really should install a Tick master because the stocker wont be up to the task. Especially if you plan on hitting the track with stickey tires. Just ask me how I know. LOL.

2002Camaro: I had the same thing as you are planning and was at over 600 rwhp on spray. The clutch never gave me a single problem at the track or on the highway

The LS7 clutch is ment to take some decent power, just be aware the force put on this clutch is amplified by the weight of the car meaning with a car being lighter (see Corvette z06) and our cars you would be stressing it less in a lighter car with same power.
For most H/C and even a 150 shot should be fine but I would think your pushing it.
