Default Wont Go Into Reverse???

well i just got my tranny rebuilt last week and everything was fine, minus 2nd gear is still fucked up. i think they put the old syncro in there. anyway, i just got back from and 800 mile trip and everything was fine. i went out to the car a few minutes ago and my service engine soon light is on and it wont go into reverse. i mean the shifter wont go over that far, it doesnt have a problem going into reverse. so the only was i can get it over there is powering it over with both hand, and its tuff as ****. i also tried this while the car was off and had the same results. so what the hell happened. im clueless. it was fine one day and the next its fucked up. please help. thanks.

p.s. i installed an ls7 clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder, and remote bleeder at the same time.
