disk Q -will this work?

Im putting a new rear main seal in and replacing the disk in my centerforce but the replacement disk I got looks slightly diff than the old one. the spline is the same and the diameter is the same but these pics show whats different on the face>

the new one is on the left and the old one is on the right. did they change the design a bit or did I get the wrong one? will this even work? HELP please! I'd like to finish this today if possible. thanks in advance

Looks like the hub design is different. It should work fine as long as the thickness of the disk is the same as the other one was when it was new.
