I just bought a 99 T/A with a M6 trans. The 2 gear syncronizer is screwed. Does anyone know if it would be cheaper to get one put in or replace the trans? I am in the USAF and stationed in San Antonio TX, if anyone knows where to go I am all ears and could use some help.

Yeah, a heck of alot cheaper putting in a synchro (if that is what you need) than buying another tranny.
You can pick up a 1-2 synchro *** for @ $125-$150. Since you are in San Antonio, you are close to a member here who rebuilds T56's. I will PM you his name
