I'd check that over good. look for somthing easy like somthing up with a pad on the plate keeping iut form sitting right, If that looks good and, you don't have the tools to. Try a machine/engine shop to get some numbers. It dosn't look like it was parelle to the flywheel, somthing was up with the way it was installed.
