Default Uh Oh something broke - help

I have a centerforce clutch duel friction, and has been working fine for years, granted the car has been in the shop most of the time. I was driving it the other night and shifting it felt really notchy, and when I ran it hard and tried to shift at around 6500 or so it would not go into the next gear. only worked if i granny shifted it.

Now when I push in the clutch it locks up the motor, I can spin the motor fine by hand when i push in the clutch i cant turn the motor over. Also when i push in the clutch the car wont start, but if i fake the car out and push in the switch that the clutch pedal pushes in order to let the car start, the motor starts right up no problem.

and the clutch pedal is REALLY hard to push down, like feels like im going to break something. or its already broke

so what happen?

Sounds like something in the pressure plate busted maybe?? Does this happen regardless of being in gear/out of gear? When in neutral and the clutch out, will the rear wheels turn?

yes this happens regardless in or out of gear. but if I have it in neutral and hit the clutch switch by hand, the motor will start. i don't know about the rear wheels turning, i only had the front tires off the ground.
