Quick master cylinder question

This should be a quick question...I'm doing a T56 swap into my 88 Monte and am using stock Fbody hydraulics.

So does a new Fbody master come with the metal braided line to hook up to the slave? If not, where can I get this?

Also, can you still buy the resevoir from GM? Anyone have a PN? What kind of hose should I use for this?

I got mine from Kragen/ Orielly's, it did not come with the line
