Default Weird Transmission, Clutch? Problem

I have a 2000 firehawk with a 6 speed that I have owned for approx. 2 years, Only putting 1000 miles on it in this time 13,000 miles. Today i decided to drive it to work, About 1/2 way home I noticed that it was getting harder to get into gear, by time I was 3/4 of the way home I couldn't get it into gear. I drove it home in 4th gear the rest of the way. I pulled into the driveway and let it set for about 15 minutes, now it seems Ok. I checked the Hydraulic Fluid and it is full. Any ideas what is going on?

If you are having intermitten issues I would definately say it would be your hydraulics. Try bleeding the entire system.
