UPDATE: 8/27/09

My rear end grinding came back after 750 miles. (i typed that last one too soon i guess) Had the Posi rebuilt by Eric at Midwest Chassis and Performance, and after i put some miles on her, i will be sure that its fixed. The clutch plates were badley glazed by my use of synthetic oil and FORD friction modifer (yes i used the GM stuff with no luck in Eaton Posi), causing them to not grab as they should, and causing the Peter Griffin gettin his back shaved / draggin a concrete brick behind me when id turn the car.
Hopfully that issue is done, ill be 100% once i get some miles on her

Eric DID verify that my vibration issue is caused from my clutch. It is up there in age, miles and abuse (30000 mile Spec 3, and im a shitty slipper as it is) so this winter will mark my first clutch swap (pending $ of course) and i will post up a final, final closure on this old thread. Thanx to all for the help you have offered!!!

Wayne
