Default Another Tick/monster setup

Well I just about finished up the install on the monster clutch today. Took about 10 hours doing it by myself for the first time. I spent my birthday working on the car....overall not a bad way to spend your b-day. I will be starting the car up in about another hour. Can't wait to see the results. Btw, I have now gone green

I put about 70 miles on the clutch so far and like it a lot. For some reason I didn't get any directions in the box on how to break it in, so until I find out the proper way, I don't want to put too many miles on it. Btw I went with a stage 3.

depending on what stage you have, I was told 500 miles is break in. And I think its suppose to be city driving, but dont quote me on that.

I love mine too. I got a level III back during Christmas. When I first took it out I was shocked at how low the clutch engaged, but didnt think anything of it, as I was expecting to have to re-learn how to drive it. But after I really thought about it, I re-bled my slave via my hole in the floor board and it engaged like stock! Seriously, this clutch drives just like the stock one... only it DOES NOT want to take off in 2nd gear , I supose I paid for a clutch that won't slip though.

Well, my enjoyment of stock-like engagement was short lived because of my stock 98 master cylinder of 135k miles. A quick mity-vac session pulled more jelly bean sized air bubbles than the jar of real jelly beans at the fair that you guess at. Its suckin in more air than a turbo, and I've been driving it like a big rig (double clutching) just to get it into 5th gear. As of this morning, however, I dropped the coin on a tick master. I think this will be the best mod to date.

My level 1, 1.5, and 2.5 have "organic" material in them somewhere. Why do you ask?
