Max HP / TQ on '97 LT1 T56?

Max HP / TQ on '97 LT1 T56? Does anyone know what the max HP or TQ you can run through the T56 is? I will have about 480 at the crank and plan on beating the **** out of the car a lot. Not all the time, but a good bit. Should i just not rip the 1-2 shift?

Mine has survived serval launches on drag radials and nitrous at ~460whp. I never power shifted on the bolt but I do on motor. So far this one has lasted through 5 years or abuse. But the first one died at 80k with mild bolt ons and the 125hp pills. So its hard to say, but not jamming gears or power shifting it should be ok for awhile I would think
