Default TKO 600 what oil???

HI Guys, i am going to need to rebuild my gearbox after 12000miles as 2nd to 3rd syncro has gone crunchy if you shift north of 4k. I used that "special" dextron ATF fluid in the box up to now, but it seems thin to me. Can anybody recommend an oil that might protect it better than this, as its lifespan is not exactly stellar to say the least!

GM syncromesh is what Tremec recommends.

I agree, thats what I used in mine. I also heard that B@M trickshift can be used, but Id stick With the syncromesh.
