Throw out bearing noise?

Throw out bearing noise? I've got around 1500 miles on my new set up, did a GM slave/to bearing, and now sometimes when I let the clutch out to go in first gear there is a little whining sound that comes from what seems like the bell housing.
Is this the throw out bearing, and should I be worried about it? I'd really hate to drop the transmission AGAIN..
