Typical M6 dilema, unloading that clutch at those rpms will do that. Sorry man. Try Lingenfelter 3.5 inch aluminum, balanced to 10.000 rpm and one strong Mama.

Just have a local driveline shop build you a 3.5 inch steel driveshaft with a 1350 yoke and spicer u joints. I had one in my car and it held with 7K RPM launches on slicks. I sold it about two years ago along with the 12 bolt and the guy still has it in his car.

3.5" Steel Driveshaft + 1350 yoke and spicer u joints = Bomb Proof!!

I had a 3.5" aluminum driveshaft in mine built by a local driveline shop and it held to everything I could throw at it. The good part was it weighed only 0.5 lbs heavier than the stock DS.

I've got Denny's nitrous ready DS. I couldn't be happier with it. No vibrations.

If i were to do it again i problably spent the extra 100$ and got the aluminium one.
