What Synergyn fluid for t56

I am gettin ready to change my fluid and i want to try the combo ive seen many peolple on here try, which is 2 quarts of mobil one, and 2 quarts of synergyn, but im not sure what synergyn fluid to get, is it the syngear II, or something else
