How tough is it to change....

the clutches in our cars. i have 00 SS, and will be needing to replace the clutch soon. I have never dont this before, but im pretty mechanicly inclined. Any info on how to would be great.

not hard at all, just takes time and effort.

www.installuniversity.com has a good writeup on swapping a clutch in an ls1 car.

I was in your shoes a little over a year ago. I just followed that write up step by step and it wasn't bad at all. A lift is a definate plus but I've done it on jackstands a few times now.
