Most of the time they should be preadjusted, once in a while they could be out of adjustment from shipping and handling.
.
I got with a local tranny shop and he is willing to let me use his bench press to try and adjust the pressure plate probably wont be till tuesday befor I can get in early enough to give here a shot.
PICS!!!! for who wanted them.

PS I have looked into ls7 and ls2 flywheels. It doesn't matter. Even the dealership will tell you they are the same flywheel.
Tillery thanks for all your help I mityvaced that slave for a while no air anywhere after that first little bit. Hope you dont get stuck out on that job for too long.

It appears that your clutch is ok on the factory adjustment.
That's how LS7 clutches are supposed to look.
All the other LS7 clutches ( including mine ) I've seen look like yours
What to do next ...
This is getting crazy, you are very patient.
Try putting the stock slave bleeder back in.
Forget the Tick speed bleeder for now.
I've read a couple of cases about those speed bleeders letting in air.
I didn't use it, more problem then it was worth to me,
now on a Corvette that would be a different story.
Back the peddle adjustment out on the Tick m/c a bit.
Try, in effect doing a bench bleed with everything still
on the car before putting the tranny back in.
Do a gravity bleed first and than an easy peddle bleed.
This way you can get all the air out.
Also just for ***** and giggle why not check for freeplay.

I hope this all makes sense because there can only be so much wrong.
Other than a defective pressure plate, (not likely) but it has happened
to others in the past.
