Default Spec 3+ in 408 w/ 250 shot?

Im shooting for some big numbers out of my freshly built motor. Im looking at spraying atleast a 250 shot.

Im looking at a reasonably priced clutch that will handle the power of this setup.. Ive seen some people running 3+ With similar setups as I have.

Will the spec be enough clutch for me? The price is right also....

Need some advice

I would think so. We're using the Spec Stage 3+ in this 846 rwhp Caddy CTS-V. It has been in there for quite a while now. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=29 Bob

I too think you would be good to go with a Stage 3+. As EPP mentions there are a number of cars out there putting 800lb.-ft (with even higher HP numbers) to the wheels that are using the Stage 3+ with great results. For the money I don't think there is a better high-capacity daily drivable unit on the market. Let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks,

I'd run a Mcleod rst nice engaugement and light pedal feel..
I had a spec 2 in my cobalt and pushed the master cylinder off the firewall...That was fun to fix.

i had a regular spec 3 and it held 800ft/lbs of torque (h/c/forged 346 w/ 300 shot)

must have been a freak clutch, but it held and never slipped at the track.
