Default Flywheel & Clutch

I was considering either a Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel or a SPEC Aluminum Flywheel for my ls1 bird. Is there any difference in quality or reliablity? Car has about 400 hp at the wheels might see 100 more. Also wanting to put in a new clutch any recommendations?

i do believe that Spec is made by Fidanza just so you know. I might be wrong but im almost positive. Id go with Spec unless you just want the Fidanza name and price.

I certainly appreciate 89's desire to provide info...but, the info provided isn't correct in regard to our flywheels. We manufacture our own Billet Steel and Billet Aluminum flywheels for the LS based applications (and many others) and have for several years. That being said our flywheels are machined to an industry leading .001" machine tolerance. As for a clutch recommendation I would suggest a stage 2 of perhaps a 2+ as both would easily handle your planned output. Please let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks for your interest!
