Right on! Got the same setup in mine and with a car that makes over 500 horsies...It's amazing that my car drives like stock with no clutch slip

I'll admit, it is somewhat "on/off"ish, but after driving it for a few days you learn to slip it and people riding with you don't even realize it.
I let my buddy that drives a mid 90s Honda Accord 5-speed everyday take it for a cruise. I can't tell you how many times we stalled out and how harsh the shifts were...So yeah, it's not driving your Grandma's Buick...But compared to other clutches out there that hold the power...There's nothing like it for the money.

Thanks guys. Ive heard nothing but good things about them so far. And after blowing through a spec 3 and then the LS7 giving me my tranny issues I cant afford to not have a good setup now. Merry Christmas to everyone.

Just got mine in the mail 2 weeks ago. Can't wait to put it in. How is the clutch pedal feel with the stage 3?

You guys will love the level 3. I had 23K on mine before this last round of mods and the new level 6. It does take some getting used to, but they are GREAT clutches.

I just ordered my Stage 3 yesterday. Now I need to find a good deal on a 9". I dont think the stock rear will hold up long with 420 whp and 5500 rpm dumps on slicks on the track for very long.

Thanks, I am getting anxious just thinking about it. And Iam also in the same boat with the rearend issue. Dont think the old 10bolt will be lasting much with a 150 hit and M/T E/T streets. Oh well just have to wait and see. LOL!!!

Good luck with the 10 bolt! I destroyed mine in my LT1 car with bolt on power and a puck style zoom clutch on street tires with a 2.1 60'.. (though it was spinning out of the hole and when I let out and got back on the gas is when I snapped the rear.. good news was I did beat the vette even with a few teeth broken off the ring and pinon! LOL)
Needless to say I'm going to be VERY careful with my car after the monster is in, cause I've been there and done that and the formula has a smidge more power than the Z28 did! a new stock zexel torsen posi and motive gears in the LT1 car held together fine after that though.

It is really recommended to break it in driving around town, not on the highway. Mine got broke in on the dyno and a 5 hour highwya trip home, and I have no problems with it though.

oh I will have 30 days at home to play with it befor my leave is over and I hit the freeway.

I plan to do ALOT of driving and maybe hit the strip once or twice. I may dyno it was well when I get it back. I am curiouse to see what kind of HP I am pushing on a stock LS1 with custom longtubes and intake threw a I.R.S. I am hoping for 300 at the wheels.
