Hi,

I live in UK and need to get my 6 speed (T56) transmission rebuilt. I have found a descent transmission specialist who is able to get parts from the US, but they have asked me to provide my full gearbox ID to ensure the parts ordered will be correct for the car. Can someone tell me where I would find the ID on the car - they have said it will be on a pressed steel tag - can some one provide more detail on where ithe tag will be?
