Default Hard Noise During 4th Gear Shifting?

Curious on what this may be? Once shifting into 4th gear and sometimes 5th as well there is a lound clunk/thump type of noise around the floorboard. I'm unable to tell whether it's the front or rear area. It would seem that it's a transmission issue since it seems to be gear related.

Any thoughts?

This noise occurs once the clutch pedal is released back up and from what it appears not durning actual shifting into gear with the shifter.
