I was trying to install the speed bleeder on my car and I couldn't position it correctly for it to feed in, so I decided to unscrew the attachment from the line and try to screw it onto the slave itself. Well, it slipped out of my hand like a fish and it fell into the bell housing.

So now I'm assuming that there's no way to get it out and I'm just going to have to do the bleed without the speed bleeder.

Anybody know how to get loose FOD out of bellhousings?

 

Magnetic snake? Unless the fitting is aluminum.

 

Might, but I doubt that will work.

Looks like I might be able to run to sears hardware and pick up another adapter since it looks like it's a basic male/male coupling. i just need to know the size.

 

thats why tick recommends you remove the trans to install the speedbleeder
