Battery's 12.5 and everything else around it looks good. Im going to try checking the pink wire in the fuse box and see what its putting out.

Also curious about the voltage output going the skipshift solenoid because the pink wire bridges over.

No problem man, we thank you.
I just checked about 6 or 7 different places in the pink wire and got 12.4 all along the way (charged battery some) Guess the only other place could be the wire going to the pcm (green wire)

I found 3 burned wires on the passenger side where the o2/starter wires go up to the pcm. Don't know if any of them have anything to do with the lockout or not since it seems like that harness goes in a different location?

You betcha. Our military personal can't be thanked enough.

Hopefully you're getting a promotion and/or bonus.

And hopefully everyone can come home soon.

I wouldn't think those burned wires would cause the reverse solenoid problem but those wires should be repaired.

You're getting 12.4 volts all the way to the reverse lockout solenoid ?

They shouldn't cause a problem..the green wire on the Solenoid goes straight to PCM RED # 44.

Fixed and protected all those wires by the headers and fixed the reverse lockout problem, it was grounding out over on the passenger side and running it crazy. Now I have a crank sensor connector problem not letting the car start it one problem after another with this thing.

Check to make sure its plugged in, then check the wires.

Trust me it's never ending..if it drives, flies, floats, or ***** you will have problems with it.

Isn't that the truth. For some reason my starter solenoid was pulling one of the wires out of the plug when I was bolting the starter up. I have to leave for work so I left it alone for now but I guess Im going to have to cut and splice some longer wires in there so it dosent snag anymore
