Car is falling out of third gear
Car falls out of third gear while letting of the gas then slowly start to throttle in again. Am i doomed to having a worn 3/4 syncro? Is there anything else i can look at? Clutch has 20K on it Spec 3+, fluid is full but might need bleeding. I know the fluid in the tranny is old.

Sounds like either the 3rd/4th gear synchro or the 3/4 shift fork. Either way you have the pull the trans apart, so you might as well figure on an overhaul, with new blockers, keys, pads, ect.
Worn trans fluid won't make it pop out of gear, and neither will the clutch.

There's a TSB on jumping out of third under the conditions you describe. It requires replacing the shift fork, blocker ring, synchro :

Just a side note; check to see if the shifter lever is hitting the bump stop or the console while in third gear. Probably not the case, since it's been 20K without issue, but, it's worth a look.
