Default t56 custom rebuild

I have a t56 that is going to need to be rebuilt soon. I have looked into all the sponsors and so far the tickshift level 3 rebuild looks the best for what i want. Would there be any way to do a similar rebuild with the viper main shaft? I have herd of people taking the viper main shaft and machining it down to fit the lsx t56. Is this do able or affordable? I also want to know all the other parts i would need for the rebuild, besides the main shaft, shift forks, and syncros.

i am asking if it would be feasible to do this your self. Make a homemade rebuild with the viper mainshaft, similar to the level 3 rebuild.

Doing a Viper spec unit is not any harder than a regular rebuild providing you have all the correct parts to do it.

As mentioned, its the same rebuild procedure. We'd be glad to sell you all the parts you would need, you would just have to machine your own tailhousing and cut about an inch off the end of the new mainshaft.

You could just buy the level 2 rebuild package, a viper seal, output bushing, ds yoke, and viper mainshaft.
