Default shifting kinda stiff

UPDATE: the car does not want to go into 1st or 2nd at all when car is stopped have to almost force it into gear but once the car is rolling even 1/2mph it will go in as usual... when stopped without my foot on the brakes and i do force it into gear car doesnt move so its not like the clutch isnt disengaging... ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

i have a pro 5.0 and getting the car back out for the season i realize the shifter if kinda stiff... mainly on the 2-3 shift it feels like the shifter is grinding on something going into gear

took it off and removed the stop bolts to try and help, inside the shifter pocket thing in the tranny, everything looked good

took it to the track and on the ride home it didnt want to go into 1st sometimes when i was about to take off at a light

any possible ideas?

Check your Clutch Fluid..you may need to bleed it.

i went from bm to pro 5.0 and i love it... it has like gates you have to get through to get into gear and get it out of gear but i perfer that to having the b&m kick me out of gear, but the pro 5.0 never felt this bad before

when to the mechanic and he said it could be the grease/ fluid but first to check the nylon cup the shifter ball goes into

anyone know where i can get this cup? he said nylon or steel would be good, anyone have the part number?
