PRO 5.0 vs. MGW- Worth the money?
I am currently running a pro 5.0. I know it's a bit notchy but after some reading on here some say that the mgw isn't much better as far as notchyness is concerned.
I'm looking to hear from people that have both. I am on the fence about swapping the pro and getting a mgw. Whats your take?

I was sitting exactly in the same seat you were a couple years back, I replaced my stock shifter with the pro 5.0 because everyone said how great it was, It was better than stock, I still missed my 2-3 shift occasionally. But all in all it is a very notchy shifter. Then I read about Mgw putting out a new shifter for the f-bodies, MGW makes shifters for very top-end cars I know the viper being one of them. I Bought the MGW and sold the 5.0 for a little loss.
Now anyone telling you that the mgw is not much better than the 5.0 does not have a clue what they are talking about, Mine is a super smooth and quick shifter with short throws, and centers itself immediately when not being used, I do not miss gears as far as comparing the two,, I wouldnt even put them in the same class,, and by the way I put many a hard shifts on both of them, I would never get rid of my mgw Period...
Here is the last video I have With my MGW, Right to the next gear, No revs or delays, just smooth hits. 2-3 shift easy, Run was Slower than normal my clutch was goin out that trip. actually tried babying it a little, didnt work. That was shifting at 6200. So yes the mgw is worth the money.
