Bleeding: new ram master, new slave
I bled my new Ram master with the Mighty-Vac on the slave line, anything else I should do?
Should I put the MightyVac on the reservoir line and reverse bleed it?
Do I need to bleed the NEW GM slave before installing it?
Should I bleed it all again after I install it?

Hey Gilbert,
*How* are you bleeding?
My method... fill the reservoir, pump the pedal very quickly - allowing it to come all the way up each time - about 20 times - and on the last time, push and hold the pedal down as hard/far as it will go, open/close the bleeder valve quickly, and then use your hands to pull the pedal up slowly. Pulling up the pedal will draw fluid from the reservoir.
I bled my McLeod master this way, and it's still very firm after 40 miles of driving. It took about 3-4 'bleeding' sessions to where it felt right to me. I refilled the reservoir after every session - it would drop by about 1/4-1/3 of the reservoir height.

I am going to bleed it again and do some of the things you mentioned.
Thanks Gilbert
