I see everyone talking about it but what should you do during the first 500 miles........... Just take it easy is that all its referring to?? Is the anything specific to prolong life during this period?

I think they key is to get as much city driving (stopping from a start and gear changes) as you can in those first 500 miles. Driving a lot of highway miles with the clutch engaged the entire time isn't doing anything to help break it in.
