Default Few questions

My first standard to have this many miles on it. Got a few small problems, nothing major. Just want to see if it's something I need to look at. I've only replaced a clutch on an old 1992 Camaro I use to own, and my current Formy is an Auto.

-Reverse and 1st is sometimes hard to go into. Not all the time, but sometimes. It stays in gear once it's in though.

-I push my clutch pedal all the way to the floor. Sometimes on the 1-2 shift, I hear a small "grind" but still goes into gear. I can feel feedback in the shifter, and hear it.

Car is a 2005 CTS-V with 94K miles on it. I don't beat on it, it's my daily driver.
