I just did a t56 swap and it came with a RAM powergrip HD, the clutch had been ran previously so I didn't worry about any break in procedures but long story short the car shakes like a dog shittin peach pits in first and reverse if you try to slip it at all, is that just clutch chatter and if so what can I do about it

thats chatter alright, some clutches do that and there's not a whole lot that can be done to get rid of it.
