I did not bench bleed mine. I did have a problem though. When I was bleeding it, the reservoir looked like there was still some in it, there wasnt, it was just the reflection so it was empty. Once i figured that out and pumped it like 2 or 3 times with it full and it worked great.

OP, great stuff. Something I will definitely use....
....for everybody else, TheBlueKnight made a video a while back about the drill mod, which 90% of it is the install (just put in the new master instead of mod'ing the old one, lol)
So, between the OP's posts and this, we should be set!

i put mine in today, helps tremendously if you loosen the 4 nuts that hold the brake booster. they are inside the car and the same ones that hold the pedal assembly on. if you get those loosened, you can move the brake booster out of the way just an inch to get the master in there, but that is really all you need.

I just did the install as well, and it was VERY easy to install.
I just loosened the master cylinder, and pulled the second to back plug wire. Had em swapped within about 10 minutes, with a buddy inside the car to get the bolts started. I didnt bench bleed mine either. Bled it with the bleeder screw, and pumped the hell out of the pedal. That is the best feeling clutch pedal ever!!

If you bench bleed it you don't have to bleed the clutch..
Or install it and bench bleed it using the pedal just don't put the hyd line in until the hose is firm.....just got mine in the mail today
