Clutch is finally back in and works great! It is surprisingly drive-able, has no chatter and it is grabby but I have no problems taking off.

Jesus, that's what happens when you install the disks backwards I guess.

Did you get a chance to weigh this entire assembly? I've read ~39lb, but I was curious for an actual measurement.
