Does anyone know how much HP and TQ a T56 can handle?

They are pretty strong and hold 500+ from what I have read and heard. The rear end is what you should be concerned about...like me and I am bone stock.

I have been being really nice to my stock rear but I just bought a strange 12bolt and a strange chromoly drive shaft. So now its time to see what my car will and can do?

the tranny is the only stock weak link left.... just curious to what it will take, I'd like to swap to a TH400 before I blow up the T56 I know someone will buy it if i dont kill it
