B&M shifter springs?

My B&M shifter's clips and springs for tension are broken. Is it even possible to get these pieces only without the whole unit?

A guy sold me a T56 B&M ripper one time that had a broken spring... I went to a hardware store and found one that worked. I ended up putting 2 brand new ones in it, cleaned it all up, lubed it up, and reassembled it. Never had an issue with it!
