Default LT1 6 speed ?

i have a 95 camaro. does anyone know of a inline shifter setup for me. you know the push, pull, push, pull method. any info would be a big help. thanks

If you are thinking about the clutchless shift trasmission they use in road/rally racing, it is a high $$$ piece. LG Motorsports sells a Corvette T56 type for like $15,000.

I think he might be talking about a vertical gate shifter, like the ones used on Jericos, Lencos, Libertys and used for drag racing. I don't think anyone makes a shifter like that for the T56, at least I've never seen or heard of one for it.

I believe one company does offer an inline "vertigate" shifter for the T56 but its very pricey. I guess there is a market for it or it wouldn't be available.

thanks guys. i would go for a vertical style. i know back in 70's my uncle had one that was push up for 1st, then pull straight back to 2nd, then back forward for 3rd. basically no side to side action or H pattern. just a stright up and back, 1 lever. there was a lever on side to down shift and reverse. just dreaming of another advantage i guess. anyhow thanks again guys
