Default Tremec TR6060

I came across a Tremec TR6060 aka(T-56 Magnum) transmission minus clutch out of a G8 GXP with a fresh OEM Rebuild/Under 30k miles on it and had a couple of questions about it:

A. From what I have researched this transmission is a direct bolt up replacement for all T-56's is that correct?

B. What is the going value for this Transmission minus clutch?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Search some more it is not a direct replacement. It is larger than the stock t56 and it has a fixed drive shaft, not a slip yoke. The shifter is also extended to work in the G8.
It can be made to work, but there is a lot more to it than just bolting it in.

Thanks BUDDY, I have ran into a dead end as far as finding what other applications it will work with as the research is more opinionated than fact based. I guess I will have to wait and get the part # off of the Transmission and start my research from there.

So Come to find out that each application of this Transmission is different, as in Tremec designs about half a dozen different TR6060/T56 Magnum Transmissions that go into the Viper, Challenger Srt-8, Shelby Gt-500, G8 GXP and a the new Camaros. So this one only fits the GXP unless you modify your Yoke to fit.

Sounds about right. The unit is used in a variety of applications but rarely are they a direct bolt in from one to the other.
