Wow, so you bought it for $800 and to convert it over to ls1 it is $625 plus the rebuild. Say the rebuild costs $600. Thats a $2000 transmission. Just to compare prices and to get you the best deal... call Jason at TexasDriveTrainPerformance. I am sure he can work something out. 817-300-6840

I am sending mine to RPMtransmission to get it converted over and they are cutting me a pretty sweet deal.

when i turn it over manually it shifts threw the gears but idk if its worth it. I need some advice.

I can do the LT1--->LS1 conversion for $375-400 parts and labor.

Or to go thru the T56 and freshen/upgrade it, the price is $700 parts and labor. This includes the billet 3-4 keys and steel shift fork upgrade. We've done a ton of T56s for people on here, so feel free to do some searches. I have really low over head, and that's why I can do it so cheap.

Its faceplated. Not a regular transmission.

I was actually replying to the other guy who posted.
But in your case, it doesn't matter. If its already face-plated, its $80 + shipping to send it out to Liberty and have it done.
