Best T56 clutch?

I'm gonna send out my vote to Monster Clutch. I've got a stage 3 kit and it feels just like stock. I do a lot of city driving and it works brilliantly. I will say that regardless of what clutch you buy, upgrade your clutch master cylinder. They work wonders on your transmission.

To the OP, I would say the Diamond Stage 2 would suit your needs perfectly. I'm running this one in my turbo'ed Camaro SS and I'm actually going to be making 650rw+

I've heard great things about the LS7 setup too, but it's not really ideal for the power amounts the OP is putting out. I think it'd be pretty safe for a 400 rwhp setup that doesn't do a lot of clutch dumps (correct me if I'm wrong).

The lighter flywheel doesn't really make a huge difference. You'll notice the RPM's will go up and come down faster than before. The pressure plate with the Diamond and some other clutches tend to be heavier than stock. The lightweight flywheel offsets this and then some. For example, the stock LS1 setup (clutch & flywheel) weighs in at 49lbs. The Diamond Clutch complete kits (Stage 1, 2, 3) all come it right at 43lbs. That's only 6lbs lighter (12%). A 12% weight reduction isn't going to make a heavier car get a bad 60-ft time. Actually, I don't think it would affect the 60-ft time at all.
