Need some help...*please*
Need some help...*please* When coming to a stop, I'm getting a slight but noticable whinning noise... I can't figure out if it's something in the tranny(M6) or just rear-end noise... The tranny seems to be shifting through every gear w/ out any problems & the rear-end does not whine at any speed... Again this only occurs while coming to a stop. I did notice however, when I was under the car doing the last oil change, that the shifter base looks to be leaking some tranny fluid... Maybe it's alittle low on fluid, I don't know... Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

That could explain the whine, but fill it to where it just starts to flow out, and if it stops, that's it. If it doesn't stop, it could be a few other things. Just check that first, and then maybe worry later. 
That's definately a good starting point... I've been meaning to clean & reseal the shifter base w/ some GMS then add fluid if needed, but haven't had the time as of late to do it... Thanks for the help.
