Default Is anyone running the Fidanza twin disc clutch?

I've always known them to make nice high quality flywheels...looking for a steel flywheel and a twin disc clutch...I'd been considering running a McLeod RXT on a Fidanza flywheel...but now I just found out that they make a clutch as well.

If you're running the whole package how do you like it? How does it hold up to launching hard? How's it feel driving?

Part number I'm looking at is 398396.

They have had a lot of failures on here. Just search around and you will see about everyone that bought one had it fail.

The McLeod or the Fidanza? I have searched and haven't really seen anybody saying anything about the Fidanza.

The Fidanza. Check the last post on page 1 for the 6.5 failure and post 42 on the 3rd page for the 7.6 failure. Then post 59 for another 6.5 failure and yet again on post 61 for another 6.5 failure. I know you are inquiring about the 7.6 kit but this was just one that I remembered. I think there was another 7.6 failure but cant find it at the moment.

Wow...hadn't found that thread yet, thanks for the link.

McLeod RXT is my next choice...or maybe an Exedy...Textralia's are just so expensive.

I've heard only positive reviews for the RXT. I'm hoping to swing the cash to pick one up this spring.

Thats good news. I guess I'll get a steel SFI flywheel and an RXT.
