Default MGW shifter question

just installed my mgw shifter and it shifts great. Still getting used to the short throws though. however the stick seems like its pitched away from the driver slightly. is this normal? or is there a way to pitch it more towards the driver at all? any help would be great. It just feels off the way it is. maybe i just need to get used to it?

It's a straight up handle, you can rotate the orange lock around to get it to the left, but that's about it.

Is there an aftermarket handle that fits?

You could always have a shop bend the stick at a slight angle where it inserts into the clamp if it bothers you too much.

This is one of those "Heat it and beat" kind of things.

Personally I wouldn't mess with it.
