my car wheel hops HORRIBLY if i get on it at all in first, and when i slam 2nd hard it starts wheel hopping as well. Sometimes it'll just spin but usually it's just all wheel hop.

Judging by my shifter's behavior when driving off from a stop normally, I think the trans mount might need replaced. Could that be causing all the wheel hop?

My car is basically all bone stock, is it just natural of the m6's?

no it could be your trans mount or lca, torque arm bushing,get under there and inspect.
