What bellhousing is this?? Specifically what slave cylinder, clutch fork, throwout bearing setup is this LS1 T56 bellhousing made for?? Thanks

You narrowed things down quite well.
The only LS1 vehicles with a T56 are the F and the Y. Only the F has a transmission (as opposed to a transaxle.)
Which makes it a 98-02 f-body bellhousing and those were only setup with a hydraulic throwout bearing. There is no fork. The slave cylinder bolts on.

That's a LS1 bellhousing. Those holes are where the bleeder and the slave cylinder line goes on the driver's side of the unit.
