Default clicking on takeoff, now grinding in 2nd and 3rd

So, now that my clutch hydraulics issues have been solved, another problem appears

Since about a week ago, I've been hearing a clicking/chattering sound as I'm slip 1st and reverse to get going from a stop, 2nd too on occasion. Quicker takeoffs with less slipping of the clutch result in no noise. Yesterday, I noticed grinding in 2nd gear as I pulled into my driveway. I spent a little time on my way home today to test it out some and try documenting the symptoms. Here's what I observed:

How many miles are on your clutch?

It might be something as simple as the T.O. bearing.

as far as I know, it's still the stocker, so right around 100kmiles, mostly highway mile. It has seen a bit of hard driving here and there, but as I mentioned in the first post, I can not detect any slipping.

This is most likely the T.O. bearing.. You will have to pull the trans to replace it.. With as many miles that are on the clutch I would just buy one before you pull it apart..

Also make sure you replace the Slave and pilot bearing while you are in there.. It would suck to get all that work done to replace the TO and have a $100 part fail.
