I have a 2002 z28 with an ls1 and 4l60e. My tranny has gone out for the second time and i would like to make it a 6 speed. I have owned nothing but manual cars and i miss it already. I think its the T56 that comes in the 6 speed 02 camaros so thats what i'm wanting to go with. has anyone on here actually done this swap before? Is it a direct bolt up or am i looking at big modifications to make this happen? i know i have to cut the floor for the clutch pedal but would that be the biggest mod i'd have to do? Some input would be great before i just jump right into this?
