6.0 finally back but...

6.0 finally back but... OK my initial 6.0 went down due to p 2 v clearance issues. So the motor was torn down and rebuilt.
I added a mcleod twin disc. new slave cyl.
Heres whats happening.
When the car is still and idling (still tuning) a little 500rpm surge sometimes happens. When it happens I can feel the BRAKE pedal softly going up and down with the engine rpms I can also somewhat feel it in the clutch pedal but not as much.
I dont have the pressure I use to have. but the pedal is all the way up. Its a mcleod adjustable.
Also since the swap I cant get into first or reverse unless the car is off. The only changes was the clutch. Probably two totally different issues. Any ideas
