Default help diagnose weird clutch noise/vibration T56

I just installed a spec stage 2 in my 97 Formula when I put the plutch pedal all the way down against the floor I get a strange chatter noise and slight vibration. it increases with RPM, but if I let up on the pedal just the slightest bit the noise and vibration goes away. The clutch engages smooth and crisp and it shifts perfectly. what could cause this issue? Like I said it ONLY does it when the pedal is pressed COMPLETELY against the floorboard and there is no grinding or hesitation when putting the shifter from neutral into gear. Flywheel was resurfaced and everything torqued properly. Should I be worried about it or just wait till break-in is over to see if it goes away

Overtravel of the fork into the pressure plate is possible.
Pull the slave, inspect and if that's it, go adjustable master cylinder.
