New ACT 6 puck (clutch like a rock)??
I am finsihing up my LS1 T-56 swap into my C3 corvette. I am planning a turbo after I get everything worked out and running correct so I installed an ACT sprung 6 puck clutch and a chromolly steel flywheel. The flywheel is not from ACT. I had to modify the location for the mount on the clutch pedal and make a bracket for the clucth master cylinder on the firewall.
The main thing is after bleeding the clutch it feels like nothing I have ever tried pushing in before and seems to be really short. I have yet to fire up the car so I havent tried it under driving conditions yet, but I would like to know if anyone has had similar issues or may know a solution? Or is this just how hard it is going to be?

You need to make sure your master is being moved the proper distance to activate the slave properly. Also the attachment point on the pedal needs to be correct or it will feel like chicken salad.
